I'm not alone, I'm not the only freak. North America has the chicken wings as the Southern Hemisphere has Rugby Union. Chicken wings. Coated in spicy sauce, accompanied by celery sticks, carrots and blue cheese. I've been here one week already, had chicken wings once or twice a day. Is that so wrong?

THE CULTURE
It's tuesday night at The Taphouse, Steamboat springs. The place is jumping. Tables are full to the brim, the line is out the door. The phones are ringing hot and the waitresses (quite hot) are placing people left, right and centre. this is 'Wings night'. the wings are 33 cents a wing and come in over 10 flavours.

Shana, the waittress of the evening is one of the most amiable workers I've ever encountered. Anticipating every wing move, our drinks are there every time we so much as wink, our every whim is catered to...
The next day in a ski shop a customer had the audacity to describe The Taphouse Tuesday Wing night as 'quiet'.
